JASPER ARCHITECTS won the competition in 2018 for the refurbishment and extension of this former University- Owned Building Complex in the heart of the Historic City Centre of Warsaw. The complex will be transformed into a Multi-Type Apartment complex with Retail and F&B Facilities.
